Amenities Block
Our environmentally-friendly Amenity Block, (with underfloor heating & hot water fed from the geo-thermal system) is free to use for all guests. No tokens are required for the showers or hairdryers – it’s all included.
The Amenity Block is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, even on busy periods. Shower temperatures are also controllable which our guests with younger children particularly appreciate.
The amenity block also includes a dishwashing room, a laundry room, Elsan point and a disabled/toddler wet room, (accessed by a RADAR key which you can borrow for a £20 deposit).

Pizza Oven
On Friday evenings during the busier spring/summer times of year, our self built wood fired pizza oven is in operation. Come and sample wonderful thin crust pizzas, made fresh with a choice of 13 toppings. Don’t forget to try the amazing cheesy garlic bread too! Pre-reserving a time slot is essential due to high demand.

Rally Barn
If you’re looking to host a rally or need a venue for a camping birthday party, Elm Cottage Rally barn offers the perfect on-site solution for up to 64 people. Use our new ‘party package’ to make the room party ready, including full wall-curtained fairy lights, table decorations, candles, chair cover etc. See pictures of the barn ‘dressed up’ in the gallery. There is also a small dance area, a Hi-Fi system, pool table, dart boards and facilities for making hot drinks and a kitchen sink unit.

Dog Walk
We have dogs of our own so we appreciate a break isn’t complete if all the family can’t come along. We have an extensive dog walking area featuring a large space for playing fetch and having fun which extends into a country path that circles the site.
Vehicle Charging
From June 2022, Elm Cottage has introduced an additional fee for guests who want to charge their electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles while staying on our site. With the ownership of such vehicles increasing, along with the cost of electricity, a fee aimed to cover the cost of charging has been introduced.

Children’s Play Area
Elm Cottage has a lovely children’s park; this custom built play area in the north-west corner of the camping field is hugely popular with all our younger visitors.
